My Story -
I’ve spent over 20 years in the automotive industry, starting in sales and quickly advancing into management and executive leadership roles.
Throughout my career, I worked inside dealerships across every major department — New Car Sales, Pre-Owned Sales, and Finance. I didn’t just see how deals were presented to customers — I saw how they were built behind the scenes.
I learned where profits are added, how pricing changes throughout the process, and why so many buyers leave feeling uncertain or overwhelmed.
Over time, I realized something important:
Most people don’t overpay because they’re careless.
They overpay because they’re navigating a system they were never taught to understand.
